20TH COURSE ON THE FUNDAMENTALS OF CLINICAL HYPERTENSION

The Philippine Society of Hypertension invites you to the 20th Course on the Fundamentals of Clinical Hypertension. Learn from renowned experts about hypertension and its related disorders online. Target Participants:

A.     Doctors (Consultants, Fellows, Residents)

B.     Paramedical Professionals – nurses, pharmacists, technicians, and teachers in the academe

    The course will be useful for the following:

     1. Doctors (practicing cardiologists, nephrologists, endocrinologists, neurologists) and other specialists or primary physicians who manage                                      patients with hypertension;

        2. Those teaching hypertension in medical schools and training institutions;

        3. Residents and fellows in training; and

        4. Doctors preparing to take the “PSH Certifying Examination for Hypertension Specialists.

     The course has the following important attributes:

     1. Authoritative source of the most recent and important information about hypertension;

        2. Lecturers are professors in the academe and/or presidents or officers of specialty organizations concerned with hypertension;

        3. It is a continuing medical education program free of commercial color, developed, reviewed and delivered by a faculty of

            experts in their respective clinical areas;

        4. It is intended to help medical and allied medical practitioners hone their skills and competence in the prevention and

             management of hypertension; and most importantly,

        5. It is now given ONLINE free of charge.

In this regard, we, the PSH Board of Trustees, and the Committee on 20th CFCH are extending our invitation to you, your officers,  country and individual members, and our collaborators in US, Europe, and Asian region, to join and participate in this noble endeavor.

The online course (asynchronous) consists of seventeen (17) modules and commenced on September 9, 2023 up to December 30, 2023 (1 module per week) via PSH website (www.philippinesocietyofhypertension.org.ph). All modules CAN BE ACCESSED ANYTIME within the said period.  Attached herewith is a copy of the course description and the steps on how to register for your perusal.  Also, may we request your support in promoting our 20th CFCH by uploading the poster and event information on your society/organization's official website.
